It has been a privilege to serve as Deputy of St Helier District 2 and I am now standing for re-election in St Helier Central.
I was born and raised in Jersey and had a career as a Mathematics teacher before being elected to the States in May 2018, when I became the first States Member of Portuguese heritage.
For me, ensuring Jersey is a place where we all have equal access to the services and support we need in order to achieve, inspire and flourish, has never been more important.

Islanders’ health continues to be a real issue.
Ensuring we have affordable, easy, and early access to quality health services is paramount.
